Payment terms
•Deposit to Reserve: A non-refundable deposit of CHF 300 | EUR 320 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
•First Payment: The first payment (50% of the total retreat cost, minus the CHF 300 | EUR 320 deposit) is due within 14 days of booking.
•Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the retreat start date ( April 18, 2026 )
Cancellation Policy
•Up to 45 Days Before the Retreat: Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat start date ( April 18, 2026 ) are eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the CHF 300 | EUR 320 non-refundable deposit.
•Less Than 45 Days Before the Retreat: Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat start date ( April 18, 2025 ) are not eligible for a full refund, and no refunds will be issued for any payments made.
