MadaraMove maintains a strict no-refund policy for regular class bookings and class passes.

Mat: Cancel 3 hours before start.

Reformer: Cancel 14 hours before start.

 

Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Class Passes / Abos

 

Non-refundable.

Non-extendable after expiration.

Workshops

 

Cancel 24 hours before start.

Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds are only issued if a class or workshop is cancelled by MadaraMove.
